First of all, an extensive review of Tk concept has been conducted, in parallel with other related subjects such as learning organizations, cognitive integration and learning domains. Consequently, the study proposed a tripartite framework for the TK notion. Lastly, a validity test of the proposed framework was discussed by the means of a focus group and semi-structured interviews methods. The study contributed by presenting a tripartite framework which explicates the TK notion. The focus of this paper is on conducting an in-depth review of TK notion. It asserts the values of using the proposed framework as a roadmap understanding and improving the TK notion.
