3. Registration Notices
1). Payment must be made in USD (US dollars). The conference organizer will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of money;
2). Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact
fsdm@fsdmconf.org for details).
3). The basic registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals and extra page charges for conference proceeding papers.

5. Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
•Before September 1, 2019: Full Refund;
•From September 1 to September 30, 2019: 50% of payment Refund
•After September 30, 2019: No Refund
