Q1. How can I attend FSDM 2019?

A1: You could attend FSDM 2019 in the following forms:
◆ Submit an abstract or a paper via FSDM 2019 online submission system, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;
◆ Without paper or abstract submission, you could write an e-mail to us via fsdm@fsdmconf.org and confirm about the participation information, after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process;
◆ For presentation types based on your abstract or full paper, please refer to the sections Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation;
◆ For detailed information regarding registration, please refer to the section Registration.

Q2. What is the requirement for the paper format?

A2: The detailed formats both for abstracts and full papers could be found in the Submission Instructions section or at the homepage "Files Download".

Q3. Can I register for only one part of the conference session?

A3: Unfortunately no, registration for full conference is required if you want to attend the conference.

Q4. What is the refund policy for conference registration cancellations?

A4: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email and are subject to the following schedule:
◆ Before September 1 will receive a full refund;
◆ From September 1 to September 30 will be refunded 50% of fees;
◆ No refunds will be provided for cancellations After September 30.

Q5: What if I'd like to bring a guest?

A5: Surely, a guest is warmly welcome to participate in FSDM 2019.

Q6: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?

A6: Please complete your conference registration and payment. After doing so, you could consult via fsdm@fsdmconf.org to get the invitation letter. Please note: prior to receiving a letter of invitation you will need to complete and pay for your conference registration. As visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
